PROJECT MANAGEMENT FASTRACK
The Project Management FASTRACK which is a competency-based workplace assessment program that aligns with the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBoK) and the Australian National Competency Standards provides essential skills and knowledge of project management to plan and manage projects effectively, and more importantly ensure that projects deliver the outcomes your business requires.
The Project Management FASTRACK comprises of training and assessment (optional). The training component is a five day course that will provide practicing project managers with training in the key elements of project management as well as the opportunity to gain an international recognised qualification.
The assessment meets the requirements for application to the Australian Institute of Project Management for Registered Project Manager (RPM).
ASSESSMENT
To successfully attain the Diploma of Project Management participants must:

Attend a 5 day Diploma of Project Management training
This training finalises the formal learning and supports participants in the development of a workplace portfolio for their assessment.

Complete a portfolio of work-based evidence against assessment elements in the Assessment Record Book (with mentoring support available from the ACPM team of facilitators). |

Attend an assessment interview to present project evidence and discuss the application of project management competencies within the workplace. |
