WHAT WE DO?
PMDM specialises in delivering public and in-house project management training programmes, providing Fundamentals, Intermediate, Advanced as well as the individual 9 functions of Project Management.
The training products and modules offered are designed based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK), which is the most highly recognised international standard for project management.
PMDM also offers a broad portfolio of services and products which encompass Project Management Consulting, Professional Development, Competence Assessment & Training Delivery, Project Support and Project Management Process & Methodology.
Aside from its Public Corporate Training modules, PMDM also designs customised training according to its clients' needs. This results in a better, more streamlined project management system and stronger skill base transfer to the clients' team.
